Bibb County Sheriff's Office looking for missing Macon man, release says

Richard Bowman, 57, was last seen in the 4900 block of Pinefield Drive on Saturday just before 11 p.m.

MACON, Ga. — UPDATE: Bowman was located and returned home safe.

The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is asking for help locating a missing man from Macon, according to a release.

Richard Bowman, 57, was last seen in the 4900 block of Pinefield Drive on Saturday just before 11 p.m., the release said.

The sheriff's office said they spoke with Bowman's caregiver, who raised concern after they couldn't find him in the neighborhood.

According to the release, his caregiver said he's been diagnosed with multiple mental and medical health issues and may need medical attention.

His caregiver described him as having a salt and pepper colored beard. They said he stands at 5-foot-11 and was last seen wearing a long sleeve blue shirt, black pants and black shoes.
