Kirby Smart and Georgia football to speak at 2024 SEC Media Days on Tuesday. Find out how to watch

Head coach Kirby Smart will be joined by quarterback Carson Beck, defensive back Malaki Starks and pass rusher Mykel Williams in Dallas

DALLAS — The 2024 college football season draws ever closer.

As the season approaches, so too does media day season, where each team’s head coach and three selected players talk with a large group of the media to preview the upcoming season.

The 2024 SEC Media Days, which will be held in Dallas this year, will bring all of the SEC’s coaches together.

As such, Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs will speak to the media for the first time since the spring.

The head coach will be joined by quarterback Carson Beck, defensive lineman Mykel Williams and defensive back Malaki Starks.

The three will speak to the media on Tuesday, July 16 around 10 a.m.

While there’ll be several questions regarding the upcoming season for the Bulldogs, a large talking point will likely be the recent reckless driving incidents involving Bo Hughley and Smael Mondon Jr. alongside Demello Jones that happened July 9 and 10, respectively.

While Georgia has its own talking points, the SEC as a conference does as well.

Texas and Oklahoma will be making their first appearance at SEC Media Days.

Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian and Sooners coach Brent Venables will both make their first ever appearances at the event.

This will also be the first time in nearly two decades that Nick Saban won’t speak at the media event. The now retired coach was replaced by Kalen DeBoer, who’ll also make his first ever appearance at SEC Media Days

Other coaches like Texas A&M’s Mike Elko and Mississippi State’s Jeff Lebby will also speak at the media event for the first time in their careers.

The event will run from Monday, July 15 through Thursday, July 18. The days usually last from around 10 a.m. to either around 3:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.

All events will be on the SEC Network or will be streamed on ESPN+.

Below is a full list of all the teams in attendance, their head coach, the three players attending and when they’ll speak to the media.
