Man dead after a shooting off of Bloomfield Road in Macon

The shooting happened around 6:30 a.m. on Sunday within the 5700 block of Satterfield Drive

MACON, Ga. — A man was shot and killed off Bloomfield Road on Sunday morning, according to a Bibb County Sherriff's Office press release

36-year-old Christopher Wynes died after he was shot at a home within the 5700 block of Satterfield Drive around 6:30 a.m. 

Deputy Coroner Ronnie Miley pronounced him dead at the scene. Next of kin has been notified.
