Man dead after shooting in Dublin, deputy coroner says

The Laurens County Coroner's Office was called to a home at 203 Kingsby Street. The man was pronounced dead at 10:48 a.m.

DUBLIN, Ga. — A man was killed in a shooting on 203 Kingsby Street in Dublin, Laurens County Deputy Coroner Nathan Stanley told 13WMAZ. That is just off of Telfair Street.

They were called to the area at around 10:20 a.m. Thursday. Stanley said they found Tyronda Bashun Hall dead from a gunshot wound.

Neighbors told 13WMAZ Hall lived at the address, and cared for his mother, who lives nearby.

He was pronounced dead at 10:48 a.m. Stanley would not say how many times Hall was shot, or where.

The Dublin Police Department confirmed the investigation, but did not say much else. They say that the investigation was handed over to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

The GBI told 13WMAZ they'd provide more information once it's available, and later said they would not provide any further details.

This is a developing story. Check back soon for more information.
