MACON, Ga. — Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones identified the victim of a Friday morning crash on Eisenhower Parkway that killed one person and sent three others to the hospital.
Jones says Carlos Jordan was killed in an early morning crash on Eisenhower Parkway near the Second Street intersection.
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office received the call about the crash shortly after 1:30 a.m., the sheriff's office said in a press release.
They say Jordan was driving on Eisenhower Parkway when his gray Crown Victoria was involved in a crash with a white Honda Civic.
Jordan was pronounced dead on the scene by Deputy Coroner Lonnie Miley.
According to Jones, Jordan lived just blocks away from the scene of the crash.
The press release did not say who was at fault.
The crash sent three others — including Jordan's wife — to the hospital in critical condition, the sheriff's office says.
The sheriff's office says they're still investigating what caused the crash.
However, if you have any information about the crash, you are asked to reach out to the sheriff's office at 478-751-7500.
