MACON, Ga. — Bibb deputies have arrested another man accused of robbing a Macon Zaxby's restaurant on Jan. 4.
With the help of the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, Bibb deputies arrested 36-year-old Terrell Benjamin Grayer Jr. on Friday around 1 p.m.
That's according to a release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.
Grayer is facing an armed robbery charge and he is being held at the Bibb County Jail without bond.
Earlier this month, 20-year-old Anthony Wright was arrested in connection to the Zaxby's robbery.
It was reported that an employee left the Zaxby's on Hartley Bridge Road with a deposit bag. When the employee was about to get in his car, a masked man went up to him.
The man, who was determined to be Wright, also a Zaxby's employee, showed a gun and demanded the deposit bag from the employee.
Wright took the bag, which had an unknown amount of money, and ran away.
Wright was taken to the Bibb County Jail where he is being held without bond. No one was hurt.
The release says investigators were able to tie Grayer to the robbery.
