MACON, Ga. — UPDATE, 11:40 a.m.
Bibb deputies are asking people to park at the Middle Georgia State University.
The Macon-Bibb Industrial Authority said there are somewhere around 2500 jobs available between companies like Coca-Cola, Amazon, Tractor Supply, and more. They’re all taking resumes and letting people know how they can secure a position.

A large job fair off Eisenhower Parkway in west Macon is causing traffic to back up in both directions around the Anderson Conference Center.
Amazon, along with FedEx, Tractor Supply, and other big companies, are hosting the job fair Tuesday. Doors open at 10 a.m.
Bibb County Chief Coroner Leon Jones says traffic is at least backed up on Eisenhower Parkway from Log Cabin Drive to Fulton Mill Road.
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office says they have deputies and traffic patrol in the area monitoring traffic. So far they have seen no accidents happen.
