The Trojans fell behind early in Tuesday's contest, dropping into a 2-0 deficit to start the game.
LSU Commit Gradie Appling started off the comeback with a stand up double. Tattnall loaded the bases, and pitcher Callie Still made the Mustangs pay with her first of two home runs on the day - this one a grand slam.
The Trojans were credited with 7 home runs on the afternoon, and advanced to an undefeated 5-0 with the win. Their next stop is an away matchup against East Coweta on Friday.
First Presbyterian Day School softball vs Howard: Aug. 13
FPD and Howard played each other closely in the first three innings of Tuesday's matchup, and at the end of the third, the Vikings only held a 2-0 lead.
They didn't keep it that way for long, though. The Vikings scored 16 runs over the next two innings, closing out the game with a 12-run fifth inning to close out the win.
FPD moves to 4-0 on the season, and will take on Covenant Academy in their next matchup.
Meanwhile, the Huskies are still looking for their first win of the season, and will try to steal one from Hawkinsville on Wednesday.

The Huskies entered the sixth inning of Thursday's matchup against Rutland in a tough situation.
Howard was 0-6 on the season, and trailing 2-1 to the Hurricanes. With their backs against the wall, the Huskies responded.
They scored 7 runs in each of the final two innings, seizing a 15-2 victory and their first win of the season.
Annabelle Nash and Abby Hardy combined for six RBIs. Nash also pitched the entire game.
