Woman found dead in Forsyth home identified

Officers arrived at a home in Forsyth around 5 p.m. on Tuesday.

FORSYTH, Ga. — A woman was found dead in a home in Forsyth on Tuesday, according to a press release from the Forsyth Police Department.

They say around 5 p.m. on Tuesday, officers were called out to a home on East Main Street. 

When they got there they found a woman deceased inside the home.

Coroner Joey Proctor identified the woman as 74-year-old Pam Terry.

He said there were no signs of foul play.

Proctor says her body is being sent to the GBI Crime Lab to confirm her cause of death.
