HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. — A 23-year-old man died in a motorcycle accident in Bonaire, according to a release from the Houston County Sheriff's Office.
They say Jakob McGuire - a Houston County resident - was traveling south on Bonanza Drive when he swerved out of his lane and collided with a Chevrolet Traverse heading north.
The crash happened around 12:59 p.m. on Friday, per the release. The statement says he was taken to Atrium Health Navicent for his injuries. He died there.
The sheriff's office has not released any information about whether the driver of the other vehicle suffered any injuries. They are still looking into the situation. Anyone with information can contact 478-542-2080
