WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — A new shopping center is bringing a Tex-Mex chain and Japanese restaurant to Warner Robins.
Tenmii Japanese Eatery and DosBros Fresh Mexican Grill have signed leases for space in a new shopping center, Kevin Harkins of The Summit Group said.
The Summit Group is the commercial & investment real estate agency responsible for the new center.
The shopping center is already under construction on Highway 96 by Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux. It is also near Rigby’s Water Park, Mellow Mushroom, Publix and more.
Harkins said the 20,000-square-foot center will have a large parking lot and room for a drive-thru.
The center will also host Lush Nail Salon, Vita-Fuse and Brown’s Eye Center. The four remaining suites have not been leased yet.
Tenmii Japanese Eatery opened in January 2023 at Bass Road in Macon. Their menu features several items, including pork Chasyu, Japanese Kare, miso soup, and several rice bowls.
When they opened owner Kusmayadi Djunaidi told 13WMAZ that customers from Warner Robins had been coming to Macon.
“We love this Macon area, and hopefully we can grow and become one of Macon's most loved places," Djunaidi said.
DosBros Fresh Mexican Grill is a fast-casual restaurant similar to Chipotle or Moe’s. While they have franchises in other parts of Georgia, the Warner Robins location will be their first in Central Georgia.
Their menu offers tacos, nachos, burritos, quesadillas and more. Their proteins boast no-added hormone labels.
The restaurant chain was founded by Kush Shah and Milan Patel in Cleveland, Tennessee, in 2015.
While the plans say the center will come in 2024, an official opening date for the shopping center has not been released.
