Missing schizophrenic Macon woman found, per Bibb County Sheriff's Office

She was first reported missing around 3:00 p.m. on Friday, per the report.

MACON, Ga. — UPDATE: Charlotte Carstophen has been found, and is unharmed per an update from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office. 

A Macon woman with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia has been reported missing, according to a release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.

Charlotte Carstarphen, 54, was last seen around 3:00 p.m. on the 3800 block of Pio Nono Avenue, per the release. They say she was reported missing by family members.

The release says Carstarphen is a black woman with black hair and brown eyes. They say she stands around 5-foot-4, and weighs around 220 pounds. She was last seen wearing a yellow dress, according to the report.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Charlotte Carstarphen is asked to call the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500 or the Macon Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.
