DUBLIN, Ga. — A man is in custody and charged with murder after a shooting in Dublin, according to a press release from the Laurens County Sheriff's Office.
They say it happened around 6:45 p.m. on Sunday.
Deputies responded to Keenes Crossing Road in East Dublin about a person being shot.
When they arrived they found 21-year-old Nicholas Nickson from Wrightsville with several gunshot wounds.
Investigators later arrested 20-year-old Roy Lee Brown from Dublin.
Brown was arrested without incident and is being charged with murder and other charges, the release says.
