MACON, Ga. — A Macon man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly shooting and killing a man in west Macon back in July, according to a press release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.

They say Jhuquan Lemarkies Dennard was wanted in the July 24 death of Christopher Wynes in the 5700 block of Satterfield Drive, which is near Bloomfield Road.

On Thursday, Dennard was arrested at another home on Satterfield Drive and was taken to the Bibb County jail at around 2 p.m. on Thursday, the sheriff's office said.
