MACON, Ga. — A man was found dead Wednesday near the Walmart on Harrison Road off Eisenhower Parkway, according to a report from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.
Coroner Leon Jones said the man was found in the woods near the Walmart. He said the sheriff's office received a call about a body in the woods around 1:15 p.m.
The report said the man's death is currently being investigated as a suicide.
