UPDATE: No one hurt after car crashes into Macon hair salon

59-year-old Thi Ngoc Thuy Pham was making a U-turn and lost control of his car, crashing into the salon.

MACON, Ga. — UPDATE, 10:50 p.m.:

Bibb deputies are investigating after a car crashed into the Great Clips hair salon on Hartley Bridge Road Monday evening.

According to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, just after 6 p.m. Monday, 59-year-old Thi Ngoc Thuy Pham was making a U-turn and lost control of his car, crashing into the salon. There were customers inside the business, but no one was hurt.

The news release says there was a delay in deputies gathering information about what happened in the wreck because the driver spoke Vietnamese and needed a translator.

No charges are being filed at this time.
