DUBLIN, Ga. — CORRECTION: This story originally said both drivers were arrested in connection with this case. Dublin police say Tykearah Fluellen was cited but not arrested.
Two people were questioned after a Mother's Day hit-and-run killed two people in Dublin, according to an updated press release from the Dublin Police Department.
The department says they believe two vehicles — a Jeep Cherokee and a Honda Accord — were involved in the Sunday night hit-and-run, the press release said.
They say the drivers, Deangelo Wilcher and Tykearah Fluellen, were tied to the investigation, but Wilcher had previously been arrested on separate charges.
The Dublin Police department says the Jeep Cherokee was first to strike Clarissa Robinson and the second victim. That victim was identified by Coroner Nathan Stanley as Micho Antonio Smith.
That happened at around 10:35 p.m. Then, only four minutes later at 10:39 p.m., they say the Honda Accord drove over one of the two victims.
During the investigation, the Dublin Police Department eventually located the two vehicles and their drivers, the press release said.

They say they first located the White Honda Accord on Wednesday and they cited Fluellen for leaving the scene of an accident with injuries. They say she "cooperated with officers."
Her vehicle is believed to have hit only one of the victims, the press release says.
Next, the department says they found the Jeep Cherokee on Friday and are processing the vehicle as evidence. They arrested Wilcher on the day of the hit-and-run on other charges, but the press release does not say what charges Wilcher may face in connection to the hit-and-run.
The investigation is still on-going. If you have any information, you can call the Laurens County 911 Center at 478-272-7985 or the Dublin Police Department at 478-277-5023.
