CRAWFORD COUNTY, Ga. — Update:
The Crawford County Sheriff's Office says Ryan Lee Teal has been officially charged in the death of Prishanda Colbert. She was killed outside of the Pleezing Food Store where Colbert worked on Tuesday.
On Thursday, the sheriff's office said Teal was charged with malice murder, aggravated Assault, possession of firearms by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
On Thursday, Teal went before a judge and was denied bond.
The sheriff's office says the investigation is ongoing.

The Crawford County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a woman was shot on Tuesday, according to a press release.
They say around 5:48 p.m. deputies responded to a call about a person down outside the Pleezing Food Store on Highway 80 West.
When deputies arrived, they found 40-year-old store clerk, Prishanda Colbert unresponsive with a gunshot wound.
She was later pronounced dead by Deputy Coroner Randall Pate.
The body will be sent to the G.B.I. Crime Lab for an autopsy.
A description of a person of interest was given and passed on to the Upson County Sheriff’s Office.
22-year-old Ryan Teal of Thomaston, GA, was later arrested by Upson County deputies on Highway 80 West.
Teal will be charged with murder and armed robbery.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been requested to investigate this incident.
This is still an ongoing investigation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office to determine the cause of this incident.
