Taking from the tech aisle: Nearly 35 Apple devices worth over $10,000 stolen from Walmart in Milledgeville

Two men broke into a security cage and took a collection of iPhones, Apple watches and iPads.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. — Over $10,000 worth of Apple devices were stolen from a Milledgeville Walmart on Monday, according to an incident report from the Milledgeville Police Department.

Two men broke into the Walmart on North Columbia Street around 6:50 p.m. and stole 33 different Apple devices from a security cage. 

The security footage showed them taking 26 iPhones, three Apple Watches and four iPads totaling $10,113, according to the report.

According to an employee, they were advised that the two are a part of a theft ring. The employee also told police the two have hit other Walmart locations in Georgia and nearby cities.
