Late Rutland High School principal honored with scholarships in his name
Just in time for graduation, three Rutland High School graduates have been awarded with Kent P. Sparks Memorial Scholarships. The scholarships are in memory of the Rutland principal, who died unexpectedly last December at the age of 54. Sparks had worked in the Bibb School District for ten years.
