Laurens County school officer asks student to be in wedding
The friendship between Northwest Laurens Elementary School Resource Officer Demetrius Green and special needs student Carter Haskins started with a simple high five. About eight months later, and that bond has only grown stronger, leading Green to ask Carter to participate on one of the biggest days of his life.
