OMAHA, Neb. — Severe storms impacted parts of the Midwest last weekend. Tornadoes, wind gusts up to 60 mph and hail were all possible as a line of storms moved eastward.
One of many tornadoes touched down at an airfield in Omaha, Nebraska. The tornado damaged a hangar, where private planes are stored.
Miles away, a tornado caused catastrophic damage to the Ramble Wood Neighborhood. Drone footage is seen in the video. Some homes were completely destroyed.
Cleanup efforts were put on hold in another neighborhood after a significant increase in traffic filled the area.
Residents say it took hours to get to their homes as cars lined up to record and capture the damage to their homes. Some visitors stopped to help.
