FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — An EF0 tornado touched down in southwest Fulton County on Tuesday, with max winds of 75mph, according to the National Weather Service.
This was part of a round of severe storms that made their way through metro Atlanta earlier this week.
The tornado first touched down East of the city of Palmetto, according to the NWS' findings.
Several trees were snapped and uprooted. The tornado also flipped over several semi-tractor trailers near a large warehouse and peeled back a small portion of the roof from a Lowes.
No injuries or deaths were reported as a result of the tornado.
