MACON, Ga. — Temperatures have dropped since sunset, so it will be a chilly night at the football field for teams still playing in the playoffs.
The chilly mornings in the 30s will continue each morning this weekend, but afternoon highs will increase a handful of degrees each day before we're back to the 70s on Monday. Beautiful blue skies will be present all weekend long for some great weather to kick off the week of Thanksgiving.
At the beginning of next week, a front could move in earlier in the week for some slim rain chances. However, the real rainmaker looks to move in later on Thanksgiving Day right now. This is still a week out and subject to change, but you may want to plan on any outdoor celebrations or Turkey Bowl games for the holiday earlier in the afternoon right now.
