MACON, Ga. — There is a crash blocking all lanes of traffic on I-475 north at the Thomaston Road exit, according to Georgia 511.
They ask that drivers avoid the area and use alternative routes. The wreck is not expected to be cleared until 3 p.m.
It was a single-vehicle accident, according to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office. An 18-wheeler with possible mechanical issues hit the median. The driver was taken to the hospital with a minor injury.
