ATLANTA — Dreams came true over the weekend as Atlanta was given a remarkable eight games to host for the 2026 World Cup, including a semifinal match.
Now, about actually going to those games.
The tournament is still more than two years away -- sorry, we know that's a long wait -- so tickets aren't on sale just yet.
In fact it's not clear at all yet when they will indeed be up for sale. But there's a way to make sure you're among the first to know when that time comes.
How to register interest for 2026 World Cup tickets
FIFA has already set up a website where fans can register interest in 2026 World Cup tickets as well as see updates in the meantime.
All you have to do is put in your first and last name, an email address and your preferred language for communications.
"We will keep you up to date with the latest news and information regarding FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets," the FIFA website states.
Once you've completed the process, it's as simple as hitting "send" and waiting for the news to eventually arrive in your inbox.
