Travis Jones, a product out of Wilkinson County, is entering his 15th season as an NFL assistant and is heading into his 2nd year with the Atlanta Falcons as the assistant defensive line coach.
The former Georgia Bulldog held his camp at FPD, where they taught young athletes basic football skills and valuable life lessons, like discipline and hard work.
Jones says he enjoys hosting these camps because it takes him back to his days when he played as a Warrior, and its his duty to give back.
"I think that's our responsibility as adults to come back and help someone else. Someone helped all of us throughout our lives to achieve more and its your responsibility as an adult to help someone else and pass on that same legacy," Jones said.
