LAS VEGAS โ Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas was an unforgettable one, from the cultural touchstones involving Taylor Swift, Beyoncรฉ and Usher to, of course, the game itself -- an overtime thriller that saw the Kansas City Chiefs triumph.
Quarterback Patrick Mahomes engineered Kansas City's 25-22 victory, winning his third Super Bowl MVP award -- a distinction only shared by two other QB GOATs, Joe Montana and Tom Brady.

The game ended in regulation with a 19-19 tie. San Francisco twice -- once near the end of the fourth quarter and once in overtime inside the Kansas City 10-yard line -- failed to convert a third down that could have just about iced the game (or ended it, if it would've led to a touchdown in OT).

That would prove to be too many chances to give to Mahomes. The San Francisco defense had a chance to end things on a 4th & 1 in OT at the KC 34 early into the Chiefs' drive, but Mahomes scrambled for an easy first down on a designed QB run outside to the right and from there he picked the Niners apart.
The final play saw UGA alum Mecole Hardman catch a short pass and scamper into the end zone. Chiefs win with six.
