The Macon Mayhem's season on the ice is just over two months away, but Friday a lucky auction winner got a chance to officially welcome back one of the fan favorite's back to Central Georgia.
Michael Woodside is the fan who was able to give word to Jimmy Soper that he would indeed return to join the Mayhem. Soper, a center who starred for the Mayhem last season is the first player of about 20 expected to receive a call over the next couple of months or so before training camp begins in Early October.
