ATLANTA — A highly-ranked offensive lineman from Atlanta has committed to Georgia.
In a ceremony that featured several fakeouts -- featuring both jackets and hats -- Juan Gaston Jr. chose the Dawgs.
Gaston Jr., a 6-foot-8, 330-pound offensive tackle from Westlake High School, made the commitment iin a ceremony Friday night. You can re-watch it in the video player above this story momentarily.
Gaston Jr. had been forecasted by 11Alive's UGA insiders over at Rivals to pick UGA. The behemoth of a football player also received offers from the likes of Tennessee, Texas, Alabama and Auburn.
Gaston is the 25th-ranked recruit in Georgia and is ranked No. 220 in the nation.
He's also the son of former Georgia Tech basketball player Juan Gaston.
