MACON, Ga. — It's the return of the Prep Talk. Avery Braxton goes one-on-one with Central Georgia student athletes to learn more about them as people.
This week, he caught up with Central High School's Junior forward Marquavious Primas.
AVERY: First question, Christmas just wrapped up. What was the best gift you got this Christmas?
QUAY: I think it was a car.
AVERY: A whole car? What kind of car did you get?
QUAY: It was a charger, but I can't really get it right now cause I'm acting up a little bit, but it's going to get better.
AVERY: Three songs on your pre-game playlist. What are you listening to?
QUAY: NBA YoungBoy In Control, City Rolling, and NBA YoungBoy Dirty Diana.
AVERY: Dirty Diana, Michael Jackson still has my heart. I can't do it yet, but who do you model your game after?
QUAY: My granddad.
AVERY: Why?
QUAY: Because he inspired me. Ever since he passed away, he made me take basketball seriously.
AVERY: Would you rather be as small as a fly or as big as a dinosaur?
QUAY: Big as a dinosaur. You can destroy everybody.
