ATHENS, Ala. — Just two days after their dominating win in the Orange Bowl, several Georgia Bulldogs have announced they've decided to officially declare for the 2024 NFL Draft.

Wide Receiver Ladd McConkey and others shared the news on social media on New Year's Day. The NFL Draft is set for April 25- April 27 in Detroit.

The team's dream of winning a third consecutive national title was cut short when the Dawgs lost to Alabama in the SEC championship last month. The loss rocked the college football world. The Bulldogs fell to No. 6 in the College Football Playoff rankings. They faced undefeated Florida State in the Orange Bowl, blowing out the Seminoles 63-3.

After that overpowering victory, here's a list of the players who announced plans to go to the pros.

Brock Bowers

Earning the reputation of quite possibly the greatest tight end in college football history, Bowers leaves UGA ranking top five in Georgia history in receiving yards, receptions and receiving touchdowns -- including his school-record 13 receiving touchdowns as a freshman.

During each of his three years at Georgia, Bowers led the team in receiving. He finished with 175 receptions on 2,538 receiving yards, 26 receiving touchdowns and five rushing touchdowns.

His farewell to the Bulldog Nation was titled simply, "As always, Go Dawgs" and said that it was "an unbelievable honor and privilege to play for this university. It has given me memories that will last a lifetime."

He thanked his teammates for the friendships he made in the past three years and that he "could not ask for a better group of guys to play alongside and be with everyday," before finally stating, "It's the people that make the place."

Ladd McConkey

While sharing on Instagram that going to UGA was the best decision he's made in life, wide receiver Ladd McConkey said he's officially declaring for the 2024 Draft. He thanked his family for being by his side and the coaches who have impacted his game.

"Y'all believed in me when no one else did and continuously pushed me to become a better player and man," he said.

He also showed gratitude to his teammates.

"I couldn't imagine a better group of guys to spend the last four years with. The connection we built is real and will stick with me forever," he said.

Kendall Milton

Running back Kendall Milton said he's a "Dawg for life" as he announced his plans to go pro.

He thanked God, his coaches, teammates, fans, and his family for their support.

"This has, without a doubt, been the best four years of my life," he said. "I have developed relationships that will last the rest of my life."

Daijun Edwards

Daijun Edwards is also joining the list of Bulldogs who will officially be declaring for the 2024 draft. The running back called it a blessing to have the opportunity to represent the Bulldogs for the past four years.

"I will cherish every memory made with my brothers in red and black between the hedges," he said. "I want to thank God, my family, teammates, and all of our fans for their endless support. I'm forever thankful to my coaching staff for their leadership, guidance, and the opportunity to show my talents on the field!"

Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint

Wide Receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint also intends to go pro.  He thanked his support system, teammates, and Coach Kirby Smart for being with him through his journey.

"To my brothers, we have battled together and have been victorious," he said. "My experiences with you are unforgettable. We are fortunate to have played at the best university and for the greatest fans in the world -- GO DAWGS!"

Some of the other Georgia players who have declared for the NFL draft include Tykee Smith, Amarius Mims, Kamari Lassiter and Javon Bullard. They announced their decision on Sunday.
