Week 10 saw plenty of big time high school football matchups, with Northside taking down Coffee 17-14, Tattnall keeping their perfect season alive with their 38-29 win over FPD and Macon Co. blowing out Hawkinsville, 55-8.
And now it's rivalry week in the GHSA and the first week of the playoffs in the GISA and our Football Friday Night team cannot wait to get out onto gridirons around central Georgia to check out some of the best football this region of the country has to offer.
This week, we will start Friday night live at Freedom Field in Warner Robins, for #Tailgate13, which airs on Eyewitness News at 5 and 6 p.m. on 13WMAZ. At 7:30 p.m., the Houston County Bears will play host to the Northside Eagles in a big AAAAAA Region 1 matchup.
Once #Tailgate13 ends, the FFN team will hit the roads to check out some great high school football games. Here's where you will be able to find our reporters:
