BRUNSWICK, Ga. — Lovers of beaver nuggets and Texas brisket have a new date to look forward to: June 2025.

That's when the newest — and largest — Buc-ee's in Georgia will open its doors in Brunswick, Georgia, a Buc-ee's spokesperson confirmed.

Construction is already underway on the new location after they broke ground in late January of this year.

While it will be the third Buc-ee's in the state, the new facility will be the largest location to date in the Peach State.

The new Buc-ee's in Brunswick — located at I-95 and State Highway 99 — will occupy 74,000 square feet and have 120 gas pumps, Buc-ee's said in a press release.

The existing Georgia locations in Warner Robins and Calhoun are only 53,000 square feet. Warner Robins was the first Buc-ee's in the Peach State when they opened in November 2020.

Inside the store, they'll be serving up their classic Texas barbeque, fudge, jerky and their trademark Beaver Nuggets. That's on top of the wide array of items for sale in their shop ranging from pajamas to hot sauces to more.

"Brunswick is a natural stop between our Florida and South Carolina locations on a stretch of interstate near the beautiful Georgia coastline," Stan Beard of Buc-ee's said earlier this year. "This community has welcomed us with open arms, and we are excited to finally get started here."

Like in Warner Robins, they say the new facility will create 200 full-time jobs to the area along with offering employees three weeks of paid vacation, pay above minimum wage, health benefits and 401K matching.

Buc-ee's has opened 47 stores across the south since they were founded in 1982. They now have travel centers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Missouri and Tennessee.
