Monroe Co. Sheriff's Office holds conference about capture of Wyoming fugitives

The fugitives were caught on Friday.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is holding a press conference about two fugitives from Wyoming who were captured in Monroe County on Friday.

The male, Richard Fountaine, is an escapee from a prison in Wyoming and the female, Kimberly Belcher, is believed to have helped him escape. 

Investigators believe they burglarized an empty home along Logwall Church Road in north Monroe County on Wednesday.

Lieutenant Chad Beck said during the conference the two were wearing camouflage with hoodies pulled over their heads when they were captured. 

They were arrested around 12:45 p.m. at Hwy 42N near the Logwall Church Road area.
