MACON, Ga. — UPDATE, Saturday 5:35 p.m.
Bibb County Chief Coroner Leon Jones has identified the woman as Linda Eirz.
He says her autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
UPDATE, Friday 7:37 p.m.
Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones said the woman is from Kentucky, but she lived in Kathleen.
He says they do not know if foul play was involved.

A woman was found dead in a car in Macon on Friday.
According to Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones, the woman was found around 5 p.m.
Jones says she was in a Lincoln Continental at 107 Holiday Drive at the Haven Inn and Suites. That is just off of Northside Drive.
Jones says she may have been there for around six days. He says surveillance footage shows she was alive on July 20.
