Warner Robins man works on TV, movie productions bringing actors' looks to the big screen

A Warner Robins native is apart of the crew making Hollywood's hot looks happen.

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — You may not have seen one Warner Robins man's face on the silver screen, but you have certainly seen some of his work as a hairstylist on the heads of your favorite stars.

Between every snip and every comp through, Ric Ross calls Warner Robins home.

"I did the Spanks billboard in New York's Times Square. I also did the Stranger Things commercial," Ross said.

Ross works as a celebrity TV and film stylist. His first major production, "World of Dance," starring Jennifer Lopez and Ne-Yo, solidified his passion for his career.

"The lights came on, and I was like, this is it for me, this is perfect this is what I want to do," Ross said.

Ross never questioned his abilities, just how to keep booking major production jobs.

"I go in there with the mindset I'm booking my next job while I'm in here. I've never been in a trailer where I didn't get an offer at a job," Ross said.

His go-getter mindset landed him gigs with companies ranging from Netflix to his more recent project with Marvel in May, but the writers' and actors' strike cut things short.

"We moved into our trailer on a Thursday and moved out on a Friday," Ross said.

Now, what was supposed to be a 4-month project is postponed.

Ross is still keeping his head held high. Movies he's worked on are still being released, like "Exorcist: Believer," which was released to theaters on October 6.

Ross says he's not afraid of what's next. He'll just keep a razor-sharp focus on the future ahead.

You can see more of Ross's work in the Tyler Perry production "Six Triple Eight" coming to Netflix soon.

5 Last Minute Halloween Costumes:

If you are a little late getting into the spooky spirit this year here are some last-minute Halloween costumes for you.

1. Barbie

All you need is to wear pink and you can be any Barbie you can dream of.

Do you have jeans, a pink shirt and a skateboard with a backward hat? Now, you're a skater Barbie!

Do you have a bright pink dress and sunglasses? Congrats! Now, you're Malibu Barbie!

The options are limitless.

2. A Pumpkin

For this one just bring out any orange clothes you have and cut out face shapes with black construction paper.

Pin the face to your clothes and now you're a pumpkin. You can also wear a green hat to give yourself a stem!

3. Wednesday Adams

If you have a Black dress and can put your hair into pigtails then you too can be Wednesday Addams this Halloween. Just add some dark makeup and maybe some powder to make your face as pale as death. Don't forget to frown!

You can even have a Morticia Addams with you if the other person wears a black dress with long sleeves and similarly dark makeup.

4. Your Parents

This one is easy!

All you need is your parent's favorite outfit and then you can be them for Halloween! Make sure to take around a photo of them in the outfit you're borrowing and make people guess who wore it best!

5. Minnie and Mickey Mouse

If you've taken a trip to Disney, you probably already own a pair of the iconic ears! All you'll need then is a red dress or a red skirt and black top for Minnie and red shorts and a black shirt for Mickey.

If you don't have a pair of ears you can always make some out of paper plates. You just have to color them black with a Sharpie.

These are just a few ideas! Just look inside your closet and get creative!
