Two Warner Robins men face charges after one of them allegedly fired shots at a group of people from a tow truck.
According to a Warner Robins police report, Malcolm Rape is charged with aggravated assault and criminal trespass, damage to property.
Tyler Dunlap, who allegedly drove the tow truck, is also charged with aggravated assault as a party to the crime, according to police.
It happened after two disturbances on Aug. 8 on Crescent Drive. That's near North Davis Drive.
According to the report, a man on a motorcycle drove into the neighborhood and got into a fight with several people.
A witness told police he used pepper spray on the group to break up the fight.
Later, witnesses said the two men in the tow truck drove back to Crescent Drive and fired several shots as they drove by.
Bullets apparently struck the home at 229 Crescent Drive, police said.
A couple in a neighboring house told police that the bullets passed right by them and they could have been struck.
Rape, who lives about a block away, admitted he was involved in the original fight, but went back later with Dunlap to "reconcile," the report says.
The report says Dunlap and Rape gave conflicting stories to police, but Rape eventually admitted to having a handgun.
Both men are still on the Houston County jail.
