Six Flags Over Georgia to hire 1,000 people for 2024 season

The self-proclaimed Thrill Capital of the South plans to host multiple job fairs, including two coming up in late January and early February.

AUSTELL, Ga. — Six Flags Over Georgia is looking for 1,000 people to join their staff for the 2024 season, according to a release from the company. 

The self-proclaimed Thrill Capital of the South plans to host multiple job fairs, including two coming up in late January and early February. Six Flags said with their season set to start on March 2, these are the positions they are looking to fill. 

  • Food and Beverage Host
  • Restroom Attendant
  • Retail Cashier
  • Lifeguard
  • Security Officer
  • Admissions Team Member

Those interested should plan to attend the new hire job fair on Saturday, Jan. 27, from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. For those interested in leadership positions, the park said to attend their leadership fair on Saturday, Feb. 3, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

People are also welcome to stop by the Six Flags Over Georgia Hiring Center, now open daily from noon to 5 p.m., for walk-in interviews. The company touts several job perks and opportunities listed but not limited to educational scholarships, paid training, free park admission, exclusive team member events, and special incentives from area businesses.
