Traffic on I-75 northbound near Sardis Church Road is down to one lane after a single car wreck.
According to Corporal Linda Howard with the Bibb Sheriff's Office, a woman was driving when an object flew through her windshield. The woman was struck in the head by the object and was taken to the hospital for her injuries.
