The man who allegedly crashed a truck in the fence of a daycare Thursday afternoon has been identified as 32-year-old Christopher Derek Simpson. He is currently on the run.

A runaway suspect drove a rental truck into the fence outside a Macon daycare.
That's according to Lt. Randy Gonzalez of the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.
He said U.S. marshals and Bibb deputies are now searching for the suspect in the area around Bass and Forsyth roads.
Gonzalez would not release the name of the suspect, who he said was wanted on warrants.
A little after noon Thursday, he said, marshals tried to stop a Budget Rental truck being driven by the man.
They chased the vehicle through north Macon neighborhoods, onto Manor Terrace. The driver eventually struck the fence outside the Discovery World Learning Center at 5494 Forsyth Road.
The driver ran off, but officers took a passenger in the truck into custody, Gonzalez said.
They're investigating whether the truck was stolen.
