MACON, Ga. — In downtown Macon on Saturday, "Puffapalooza" continued into its second day.
Organizers say the festival is to spread awareness of responsible marijuana use and connect the community.
Saturday's events centered around an outdoor market space on Poplar Street.
Vendors sold marijuana-themed crafts, CBD oil products, and clothes.
Jimmy Hornbuckle was there representing Good Days Farm. He says nobody there was selling actual marijuana - just products from the plant.
"We have a license for the state of Georgia and we are required to do test pretest harvesting for the state and to make sure we are compliant," he said.
In Georgia weed use is illegal, but people with valid medical cannabis cards can get up to 20-ounces of low THC oil.
Macon is also the home of one of the state's first medical cannabis dispensaries, Trulieve.
So far, around 28,000 Georgians are registered medical cannabis users.
