MACON, Ga. — A Macon pedestrian has died from his injuries after an accident that happened last month.
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office says a car hit 65-year-old Richard Smith along the 2400 block of Pio Nono Avenue back on October 21.
Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones says doctors pronounced him dead just before 10 last night.
Jones says the cause of death is blunt force trauma.
