MACON, Ga. — Two Macon teenagers were arrested on Monday for stealing a car, according to a press release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.
They say 17-year-olds K'Shon Dean and Jontraevious Robinson, both from Macon, were arrested after attempting to flee from police around 11:30 p.m. on Monday. Dean faces charges of felony theft and probation violation. Robinson faces charges of felony theft.
According to the report, Robinson was currently on bond for armed robbery, hijacking a motor vehicle and aggravated assault. Dean and Robinson's bond for the latest car theft has been denied.

Officers arrested Dean and Robinson after a short chase, the press release said. They say they found guns and ammunition inside the stolen vehicle upon investigation. One of the recovered guns was previously stolen.
The case is still under investigation and additional charges are pending. If anyone has information in reference to this case, please contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500 or Macon Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.
