PERRY, Ga. — One person is dead after a crash involving a tractor trailer in Houston County Saturday.
Houston County Coroner James Williams says the crash happened around 2 p.m. on Interstate 75 near mile marker 134 southbound in Perry.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Monday, Williams identified the victim as William Terrell Kelly, 62, of Jenkinsburg in Butts County.
Emergency crews were on the scene for hours investigating.
Georgia State Patrol is investigating the crash and there’s no further information available at this time.
