MACON, Ga. — A man was arrested and sustained injuries after losing control of a motorcycle on Saturday, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
They say it happened around 9:54 p.m.
Troopers attempted to stop a Yamaha R6 motorcycle for a broken taillight on I-75 in Bibb County.
The driver did not stop and a chase began.
They say troopers pursued the motorcycle for several miles until the driver attempted to exit I-16 onto Spring Street and lost control.
The driver crashed and was taken into custody.
He was later released to EMS and taken to the hospital for non-serious injuries.
