MACON, Ga. — Something is coming to lift your holiday spirits in downtown Macon this weekend.
Saturday, it's already "Christmas in Downtown!"
NewTown Macon has a full day of holiday cheer in store.
Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., there will be free photos with Santa, hot chocolate, ornament painting, and more.
You can stop by the Rookery and Just Tap'd for musical performances, and as you make your way through downtown, you can play "Santa Bingo."
Just pick up a card from NewTown Macon.
"We'll have free selfies with Santa at Just Tap'd. He'll be stationed in the really beautiful Christmas chair there. Elfie selfies with the Bohemian Den, there are many different ornament stations at different businesses in downtown like the 567 and Macon Clay," said Emily Hopkins with NewTown Macon.
After all of that, why not grab a bite to eat and stay for the Macon Christmas Light Extravaganza?
