MACON, Ga. — Mercer Music at Capricorn opened in December, and people who attended from around the community got an inside look.
Historic Macon held their annual Patron's Party at the Mercer Music at Capricorn facility. Guests were able to view the museum that tells the Capricorn story.
This is an annual event for Historic Macon, and Director of Engagement Stafford Gudenrath says it is great to be a part of history.
"We're standing in what Historic Macon Foundation's mission is, and that is to preserve architecture and share history, and we're standing in that building," Gudenrath said.
Historic Macon was founded in 1964 with a goal of revitalizing the city through preservation and sharing of information.
