Howard High School Dallemand also said he intend to address many of the concerns as part of his "strategic plan," which he will unveil this September. Northeast parent Cheryl Grayer says she attended the meeting because she wanted to hear about Dallemand's plans for her children's school. She says she didn't hear a lot from Dallemand himself, but she was very pleased with the event."The parents are asking questions, he's listening and writing things down. Like he say, he's going to go over them and he's going to do one by one, issue one by one," says Grayer. Many of the parents' concerns Thursday were similar to those at other events. Several mentioned the lack of textbooks for students, and a desire to have better communication with teachers and the administration. There was also a significant undertone of frustration to many of the comments.Several parents suggested that Northeast had been neglected and had not benefited from the same extracurricular activities, facility upgrades and increased cash flow as other schools in the district. The final public forum will be held at Westside High School on Tuesday, May 10. It will begin at 7 p.m./>
