Arrest made in April shooting of 29-year-old Macon man, Bibb County Sheriff's Office says

The shooting took place back on April 19 and left a Macon man dead, according to a press release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.

MACON, Ga. — A Macon man was arrested on Wednesday in the April shooting death of 29-year-old Rashad Shaquille Reddick, according to a press release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office

It happened in the 2500 block of Fair Street, which is a short dead end section off of Mumford Road.

The shooting took place before midnight on April 19, and on Wednesday, the U.S. Marshals arrested 28-year-old Kahlid Harper in connection to Reddick's death. 

They say the Marshals served an arrested warrant at a home in the 5100 block of Nesbit Drive in west Macon.

He was taken to the Bibb County jail where he is being held without bond.
